Further to a Survey completed by Mandate Workplace Reps, training has been adapted to meet your needs and facilitate your role as the elected Representative. The following “Workplace Union Reps Introductory Training” and “Workplace Union Reps Advanced Training” have been arranged to take place via Video Conference.

As these courses will be taken virtually and not in a class room setting, you will need access to a smartphone, tablet or computer. Each training session is limited to a maximum of 8-10 learners so please confirm your interest in attending as soon as possible or before closing date Friday 28 August 2020 by contacting Amanda Blake in Mandate Training Centre directly by email ablake@mandate.ie or phone 018369699 to discuss further any questions that you may have and receive the Training Plan.
All Reps, have in the past been sent correspondence with regards to on-line Training i.e. “Mandate Academy App” https://mandate.hiuphub.com/purchase/bundle and “Unionlink” www.unionlink.org If you have not already done so please sign up for these on line courses (and bring to the attention of all members) which you can complete at your leisure. In order to access these courses it is advised to use Google Chrome Browser. All Mandate Members are encouraged to actively participate in all training courses.
