Thank you for your correspondence dated 11 February 2021. I have spoken with the Store Operations Manager and he has advised me that this problem has been rectified as of today 15 February 2021. A new door at the entrance of the store was fitted and a new heater above the door will be fitted on 16 February 2021. Both items had to be placed on a special order and this caused undue delay.
We confirm that this will resolve the matter.
