Re: Domestic Reps/Change in Job Specification

Dear Ms Kutner,

I have been requested to write to you by our Members employed as Domestic Reps in Calor Gas, to express their concerns in relation to the above.

Our Members have informed me that they have received a list of targets for the year, which appears to contain a retention target. This target does not form part of their Job
Specification as a Domestic Rep and these retention targets have always been carried out by the Retention Department.

It is disappointing that the Company deemed this change would be acceptable to our Members without any discussion or consultation and also the lack of consideration given to the financial impact this might have, as it would impact on 20% of their bonus.

Our Members have indicated that they wish to have their pre-existing Job Specification remain in place and are requesting that the Company desist from the introduction of this retention target without agreement having been reached on same.

I trust that you will endeavour to address this issue as a matter of urgency and I would be obliged if you could reply, by return, that this matter has been dealt with.

Yours sincerely,

Barbara Anderson
