Dear Member,
As you will be aware, Mandate in conjunction with other Unions and Calor Ireland have been in discussions regarding pay, which have now reached a conclusion.
We are pleased to confirm that a Pay Proposal has been agreed and will now be presented to Calor Ireland Union Members to ballot on.
Due to Covid-19 Restrictions, Mandate will be conducting this ballot through a postal ballot. These Proposals are being tabled on the basis that they are being recommended for acceptance by all parties.
Please click here to view the Calor Ireland & Calor Group of Unions Pay Agreement 2020 – 2023.
A ballot pack containing the following will be posted to all Mandate Members for whom we have contact details. If you need to update these details with Mandate, please text them to my Secretary, Maria Nolan on 0873884178 as soon as possible.
- Copy of Pay Proposal Document
- Ballot Paper
- Prepaid Envelope to return Ballot Paper
The ballot count will take place on Monday 19th April at 12 noon. Therefore, all ballot papers need to be returned to Mandate Head Office by 10.00am on Monday 19th April, to facilitate the ballot count. The result of the ballot will be announced once all Union ballots have concluded.
If you have any questions regarding these Proposals, please contact your Representative or your Union Official.
I would like to thank the Calor Gas Representatives, who have represented their Colleagues at all of these meetings.
