Re: Election of Deputy Shop Steward

Dear Member,
Further to the recent Advertisement / Nomination Process with regard to vacant Mandate positions in the SuperValu MOPI Walkinstown Store, I am pleased to announce that we received a number of nominations for the role of Deputy Shop Steward
The following Mandate Members have put themselves forward for the role of Deputy Shop Steward and as a consequence of this, a ballot is required.
- Ms. Deirdre Malone
- Mr. Graham McHugh
- Ms. Lynda Shaw
- Mr. Noel O’Hara
Due to Covid-19 Restrictions, this ballot will be conducted in-store and is being facilitated by Ms. Claire Dore Griffin, Shop Steward for SuperValu MOPI Walkinstown Store. Claire will have Ballot Papers and the Ballot Signing Sheet for Mandate Members who wish to vote. The closing time and date for this ballot is 11.00 am on Thursday 15th April 2021.
As a Mandate Member this is your opportunity to vote for your chosen Deputy Shop Steward. Therefore, it is imperative that all Mandate Members take this opportunity to vote.
Please place an X in the box beside the name of the Candidate you have chosen and return to the Ballot Box provided.
A count of all returned ballot papers will be held in-store at 12.00 noon on Thursday 15th April 2021 and Members will be advised accordingly of the results.
