Dear Member

Following activities in a number of stores today please see below the latest email sent to KPMG. The contents of this email have also been sent to the Taoiseach and Tanaiste.

Andrew, afternoon

Unfortunately I am receiving once again reports of increased activity across a number of ex Debenhams store locations. Again it would appear that personnel presumably acting under the instruction of KPMG are entering the stores with a view to packing stock in preparation for its removal. As outlined in my previous emails I believe the timing of these activities are not only unhelpful but also in breach of current Covid-19 regulations. The unhelpful nature of the events relates to the fact that the ex Debenhams workers are currently actively engaged with representatives from Solas and the Department of Education regarding the €3m fund that has been offered by the Government in an effort to bring the long running industrial dispute to an end and clearly your actions do little to assist in achieving such an outcome.
