Re; Reschedule Meeting / Uniphar TUPE
Dear Ms. Quinn,
Following the retirement of my colleague Ms. Betty Dillon, I now have responsibility for the McCauley group.
I understand that the meeting scheduled for 27th September 2022 was cancelled due to the sale of the company to Uniphar and that the meeting would be rescheduled.
Our members have informed me that the transfer is now complete and in this regard are seeking a date to reconvene on the outstanding matters as agreed at the WRC hearing on the 3rd May 2022.
