Dear Delegate,
I hope this correspondence finds you well.
At this stage we are all systems go for our BDC 2022 in Breaffy House, Castlebar, Mayo. You will have already received your conference packs in the post containing the Conference Agenda, Biennial Report and Financial Report. If you have not yet received same please contact the undersigned immediately.
Contained in your conference packs you will have also received a form to complete and return to assist in the electronic payment of expenses to each delegate. This form needs to be completed and returned either by email to Ms. Audrey Bruton, finance@mandate.ie or post to Ms. Audrey Bruton, O’Lehane House, 9 Cavendish Row, Dublin 1.
To ensure that all delegates receive their expenses in advance of conference the closing date for receipt of the completed forms is Tuesday 22nd March 2022.
Alternatively, if any delegate would prefer to receive their expenses in cheque format then please notify Ms. Audrey Bruton by email finance@mandate.ie, stating that they would prefer to receive a cheque payment.
