Re: Nominations for the Position of Health & Safety Representative in M&S Dundrum.
Dear Member,
I hope this correspondence finds you and your family safe and well.
Following on from the Company’s Voluntary Redundancy Package, Mr. David Crosby has stepped down from his role as Health & Safety Worker Representative in the Marks and Spencer Dundrum Store.
Mandate would like to take this opportunity to thank David for all his assistance and support to the Union and its Members during his time as Health & Safety Rep.
Consequently, there is now a need to seek nominations for this position to ensure that M&S Workers in the Dundrum Store have an elected Health & Safety Worker Representative going forward.
Section 25 of the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work Act 2005, entitles employees to decide on, select and appoint a Safety Representative to represent them in consultations with their employer on matters of Safety, Health and Welfare at their place of work.

If you are interested in filling this vacant position please complete the online Nomination Form below. In the event that more than one nomination is received for the Health & Safety Representative, the undersigned will arrange an election to take place at the earliest opportunity.
