We hope this correspondence finds you safe and well.
As you are aware the current Pay & Benefits Agreement with your employer is due to expire on the 31st January 2024. Therefore in an effort to establish the priorities of our members in advance of agreeing the Terms of your Pay & Benefits Claim 2024, Mandate have developed and launched today our SuperValu MOPI National Membership Survey. It is imperative that ALL MEMBERS have their say by completing the survey. Please CLICK HERE to complete the survey.
Furthermore, as per the February 2022 Collective Agreement, the Banded Hour Contract assimilation process is not open to members from the 4 Stores of Concern. In an effort to try and get the process open to members in the 4 stores, Mandate wrote to the Company by way of correspondence dated 22nd September 2023 requesting that a review of the Stores of Concern be carried out with a view to including those stores in the process.
