Further to the recent Mandate correspondence issued with regard to the position of Health & Safety Representative in the Balbriggan Store it has come to our attention that an error was made with regard to the advertisement of this vacancy and that all members were not informed of the vacancy and given the opportunity to apply for same. I am sorry for any confusion with regard to this matter, it was a simple oversight on behalf of the undersigned.
Therefore it will be necessary to re advertise and re open nominations for the position of Health & Safety Representative in the Tesco Balbriggan Store, please see below.
Section 25 of the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work Act 2005, entitles employees to decide on, select and appoint a Safety Representative to represent them in consultations with their employer on matters of Safety, Health and Welfare at their place of work.
If you are interested in filling the vacant position of Health & Safety Rep for your Store then please enter your details below. In the event that more than one Nomination is received for the Health & Safety Rep position, the undersigned will arrange an election to take place at the earliest opportunity.
