Re:   Outcome of Shop Steward Nomination Process

Dear Member,

I hope this correspondence finds you all safe and well.

Further to the recent advertisement for nominations for the position of Mandate Shop Steward, the undersigned is writing to inform you that one nomination has been received and therefore no election is necessary.

The undersigned can confirm that Ms. Maria Greene, will be the new Shop Steward for the Balbriggan Store.  Ms. Greene will be enrolled on the next available Shop Steward Training Course and I look forward to working closely with Maria over the coming months and years.

It is essential that we build on the recent emphatic ballot outcome and grow the strength of Mandate in the Balbriggan Store and indeed the Company.   Therefore, I am seeking nominations for the positions of Deputy Shop Steward and House Committee Members to assist Maria in the store.
