Re: Outcome of Shop Steward Nomination Process
Dear Member,
I hope this correspondence finds you all safe and well.
Further to the recent advertisement for nominations for the position of Mandate Shop Steward, the undersigned is writing to inform you that one nomination has been received and therefore no election is necessary.
The undersigned can confirm that Ms. Maria Greene, will be the new Shop Steward for the Balbriggan Store. Ms. Greene will be enrolled on the next available Shop Steward Training Course and I look forward to working closely with Maria over the coming months and years.
It is essential that we build on the recent emphatic ballot outcome and grow the strength of Mandate in the Balbriggan Store and indeed the Company. Therefore, I am seeking nominations for the positions of Deputy Shop Steward and House Committee Members to assist Maria in the store.

If you are interested in filling the vacant position of Deputy Shop Steward for your Store or if you wish to become a member of the Store House Committee, then please complete the online Nomination Form below. In the event that more than one nomination is received for the Deputy Shop Steward position, the undersigned will arrange an election to take place at the earliest opportunity.

All successful nominees will be required to complete the relevant training course, which will be provided by Mandate Trade Union.
