Further to a recent audit of all Tesco Stores we note that there is no elected Shop Steward or Health & Safety Worker Representative in your Store. We further note that there is a need to get more members involved in the Store House Committee and are therefore seeking nominations for these positions also.
Section 25 of the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work Act 2005, entitles employees to decide on, select and appoint a Safety Representative to represent them in consultations with their employer on matters of Safety, Health and Welfare at their place of work.
If you are interested in filling either the vacant position of Shop Steward or Health & Safety Rep for your Store or if you wish to become a member of the Store House Committee, then please enter your details below. In the event that more than one Nomination is received for either the Shop Steward or Health & Safety Rep position, the undersigned will arrange an election to take place at the earliest opportunity.
