Dear Shop Steward

Please be advised that a Shaws National Shop Stewards Meeting will be held as follows:

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. Pay and Benefit Negotiations 
2. A.O.B

The Company have confirmed paid release for one Shop Steward per store to attend. Travel expense will be covered by Mandate Trade Union. Confirmation of your attendance at this meeting must be made by Wednesday 18^th October 2023.

If for some reason you cannot attend the Meeting it would be appreciated if you could ask a fellow union member to attend in your place so as to ensure that your store is represented.
