Re:   National Shop Stewards Meeting

Dear Shop Steward

Please be advised that a Heatons National Shop Stewards Meeting will be held as follows:

Date:             Wednesday, 16th June 2021

Time:            11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.

Venue:          Online via Zoom

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

  1. Pay Negotiations Update
  2. Covid-19
  3. Recruitment and Organising
  4. AOB

The Company have confirmed release for Shop Stewards to attend, but have asked that you advise your Store Managers of your attendance on the Zoom Meeting, so that adequate cover can be arranged on the Shop Floor. Furthermore please enter your details in the area provided below to confirm your attendance before Friday 04th June 2021.

If for some reason you cannot attend the Meeting it would be appreciated if you could ask a fellow union member to attend in your place so as to ensure that your store is represented. In the event that a fellow member is attending in your place then please enter THEIR details below so that we can forward the meeting details to them.       

Finally please be advised that we are in the process of sending out to you a current membership list for your store along with Application forms and Prepaid envelopes. It would be greatly appreciated if you could approach non-members in your store, ask them to join and give them an application form.
