I hope this correspondence finds you safe and well.
Further to recent updates please be advised that a National Shop Stewards Meeting will take place as follows:
Date: 02nd November 2021
Venue: Finnstown House Hotel
The main item on the agenda is to consider the results of the ongoing National Membership Survey of all Mandate Members employed in SuperValu MOPI and to formulate our Pay & Benefits 2022 Claim.
The Shop Stewards Meeting will be followed by the National Company Forum which will commence at 2pm in the same venue. Mr. Michael Morgan, Managing Director of MOPI will also be in attendance at the forum. A copy of the formal correspondence from Ms. Heidi Fitzgerald is available by clicking here:
As you can see the Company have granted paid release for 1 Mandate Shop Steward from each store to be in attendance. If you are available to attend both meetings then please enter your details in the area provided below.
Furthermore, if there is a Baker Shop Steward/Representative from your House Committee willing and able to attend then please forward this text message to them, requesting that they complete their details in the area provided below before 1pm on Friday 22nd October 2021.
Finally, the Company have outlined that they would welcome feedback from the Shop Stewards group and would appreciate it if any questions/issues/observations could be submitted in advance so as to ensure that the matter can be addressed at the meeting.
