2022/23 ROI Non-Management Colleague Wage Review
For: Argos Standalone Store colleagues and Team Leaders in the Republic of Ireland. Non-management colleagues are represented by Mandate for the purposes of collective bargaining on pay, terms and conditions.
The Company and the Union National Negotiating Committee met to discuss pay negotiations for colleagues on 21st January and 10th, 18th February 2022.
Details of the recommended proposals are as follows:
Should the proposals pass a ballot of the members, from Sunday 6th March 2022 for all Argos hourly paid colleagues in the Republic of Ireland, the following one-year pay deal would come into effect:
- Rates of Pay
- All colleagues on Year 1 and Year 2 pay rates will move to Year 3.
- The base rate of pay will then increase by 3.28% for all colleagues and Team Leaders.
- Christmas Bonus 2022
- The Company will pay 100% of the normal Christmas Bonus.
- All premiums and allowances will remain unchanged.
Your Union store colleague representatives, members of the Mandate NNC, or Store Manager will be able to answer any immediate questions you may have.
A ballot will commence on Thursday 24th February and close on Friday 4th March at 12pm. It will be open to all Mandate Members covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The ballot will be conducted online, and members will receive a notification on how to complete their ballot via SMS/email from Mandate.
It the proposals are rejected they will be deemed to be withdrawn.
Please use your vote and support the proposals.
