RE: National Ballot on Pay & Benefits Proposals
Following negotiations between Mandate and Boots a set of proposals regarding your pay and benefits claim has emerged which is being recommended for acceptance by your Dispensers National Negotiating Team.
The ballot on these proposals will now commence on Monday 15th February 2021.
A ballot pack is being posted to you which will include;
- Ballot Paper
- Copy of Proposals
- Freepost Envelope
All ballots must be returned by close of business on Thursday 25th February 2021. The national count will take place at 11am on Friday 26th February and we will notify you of the result thereafter.
