Re: Boots Nutgrove – Staffing Issues
Dear Mr. Walsh,
I have been instructed to write to you with regards to staffing issues in the Nutgrove store.
Members have advised that the shortage of staff in the Nutgrove store has been raised with the Store Manager and yourself, several weeks ago.
Members were assured that staff would be recruited to fill this gap without delay.
I am sure you are aware that members are feeling extremely stressed and overwhelmed with the added pressure of not having sufficient staff in the Nutgrove store and to their disappointment, they now believe that despite their concerns being raised with management, to-date these positions have not been advertised.
In this regard, I am requesting that this issue is dealt with as a matter of urgency and measures are put in place to alleviate this stressful working environment until you have sufficient staff to run the store as per the business needs.
