As you are aware, we were awaiting the outcome of the talks in the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) between the State and Section 39, Section 56 and Section 10 Organisations represented by Forsa, Siptu and INMO, hoping for a positive outcome which would help settle our pay claim. Unfortunately those talks broke down early last week, as a satisfactory outcome was not achieved. We have therefore this morning, referred our own case to the WRC for conciliation and informed management in Cork Simon of same. We now must wait for a Conciliation hearing from the WRC and as always, we will update you with any further development
