RE: Membership Update – VERY IMPORTANT FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Dear Member
I hope this correspondence finds you and yours safe and well.
Further to this morning’s financial briefing session with Invesco please click on the following links to each document:
- Copy of the Redundancy Presentation given by Muredach Reilly (Invesco)
- Guide to paying AVC’s (Provided by Muredach Reilly (Invesco)
- Redundancy FAQ’s
I have been informed by the Company that all members should now be in receipt of the figure they shall receive for outstanding Annual Leave, if you haven’t received same then please contact Sinead Ryan, Sinead.Ryan@britvic.com , immediately to receive same. Furthermore if you wish to have a one to one session with Muredach Reilly, Invesco then please contact him MReilly@invesco.ie asap.
I recorded the zoom meeting this morning but unfortunately the file is too large to attach to an email. Apologies.
If any member who has not already signed and returned their Redundancy Agreement and requires that I assist them with same before the close of business tomorrow Friday 09th April 2021 then please contact me asap to arrange a mutually acceptable time for us to go through the document, sign it and return it to the Company.
The following is extremely important. . .
In the event that a member feels that they do not have enough information, haven’t had their one to one meeting with Invesco or have had insufficient time to decide on whether to invest their Pay in Lieu of Notice sum (PILON) or Pay in Lieu of Annual Leave sum then the Company have agreed that the payment of these sums can be moved from the April Pay Roll to the May Pay Roll. This will afford members another month of time to decide on what to do with these payments. If you wish to move you payments for PILON and/or Annual Leave from the April Payroll to the May Payroll then please notify payroll of same before close of business on Friday 09th April.
Furthermore in response to members queries with regard to personal files being stored on Laptops/Tablets I have received the following response from Ms. Sian Young. Hopefully this will answer those members queries.

Subject: FW: Members Queries
Hi Keith,
I’ve checked with IT and the good news is that encrypted USBs can be unlocked on non-Britvic PCs – they just need to open it on a device that has Windows 7 or above and they will be able to access their files and transfer from there.
With regards to their phones photos can be uploaded to the cloud and they can keep their Apple account by changing the email address and credit card details (if a company credit card was used). If they have any issues accessing their Apple account Niamh Gough should be able to help.
Thanks
Sian
Please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned if you have any questions or queries with regard to the contents of this correspondence.
Yours fraternally
