Dear Delegate,

You should by now have received your conference pack which included a form to be completed for an electronic financial transfer (EFT) to enable the payment of expenses to be transferred direct into your bank account.

We wish to advise that your completed EFT needs to be returned to reach Mandate Head Office no later than Tuesday 22nd March 2022.  This form needs to be completed and returned either by email to Ms. Audrey Bruton, or by post to Ms. Audrey Bruton, Mandate Trade Union, O’Lehane House, 9 Cavendish Row, Dublin 1.

To ensure all Delegates receive their expenses in advance of Conference, the closing date for receipt of the completed form is Tuesday 22nd March 2022. 

Alternatively, if any delegate would prefer to receive their expenses in cheque format, then please notify Ms. Audrey Bruton by email, stating that they would prefer to receive a cheque payment.
