Following on from a number of members contacting the Union over the past number of weeks expressing concern regarding a variety of issues in the store. The Union conducted a survey open to all staff to ascertain the full extent of these issues.
This survey has now been completed and the following are the findings.
Q1 Are there any problems with Covid-19 safety protection measures in the store?
Q2 Is the removal of the bench and coat hangers from the locker room an issue for you?
Q3 Do you think that management are treating every member of staff with the dignity and respect that they deserve at all times?
Q4 Have you ever been treated unfairly by management in the past?
Addressing Workplace Issues
In order to address the urgent issues outlined above, a general meeting for your store will take place via Zoom on Wednesday the 21th of July at 7:30pm. The following are the proposed agenda items:
- Covid-19 protections in store
- Removal of the bench and coat hangers
- Concerns and issues regarding Management
- Agreed action
