Re: Dunnes Stores, Kilnamanagh – Collective Grievance.
Dear Member,
Recently a local survey of members in your store highlighted several concerns for members. Following that survey, a Collective Grievance was lodged by your Local Shop Steward with Management on behalf of a number of members.
Following receipt of the Collective Grievance, Management stated that they were not going to address the members Collective Grievance.
As a result of Management’s refusal to address the concerns of members, Mandate have now written to Management outlining our serious concern at their refusal to address the members Collective Grievance.

Members will be updated regarding Management’s response/or not to our correspondence and at that stage a General Meeting of members will be held to agree the next stages.
