Dear Shop Steward,
Paid release has been granted by the company to facilitate your attendance at the above meeting which will take place on Wednesday, 23rd August 2023 at 12.00pm in Mandate Trade Union, 9 Cavendish Row, Dublin 1 (please see link to Google Maps here here)
The purpose of the meeting is to consider a set of pay proposals which have emanated from recent union/company negotiations.
Receipted travel expense will be reimbursed and expense forms will be available on the day.
We are aware that some shop stewards have contacted Louise to advise that they are unable to attend, this notice is for your information.
