Dear Member,
Further to several Mandate Negotiation Team Members request for Negotiation Skills Training Workshop, and as a direct result of our recent Conference in Castlebar, we wish to advise you that as a result of Motion 28 Activists Training, being accepted by the delegates, Mandate will be now implementing Training Workshops for all our Negotiation Team Members. The purpose of the Workshop is to introduce you to the following concepts: (course content):
- Negotiations
- WRC & Labour Court Hearings
As a result of the above, we are now inviting expressions of interest from our Negotiation Teams in relation to this training. Please be advised that it is necessary for all Team Members to attend this Training. The following dates have been scheduled for you to attend, please choose the date that best suits you and advise our Training Department.

Where the need arises and in order to accommodate our Activists, the Training Centre will coordinate further dates in order to facilitate this training for all Team Members, however in the first instance, we ask that you make every effort to attend one of the dates above.

I Just wanted to formally record my sincere thanks for all your hard work at our delegate conference. There can be no doubt that your efforts significantly contributed to us being able to hold a productive and successful event.
