Re: Holiday Pay Calculation
Dear Members,
Further to our correspondence of the 14th August 2023 with regard to the calculation of holiday pay in M&S, Drogheda, Mandate are now in receipt of a response from Mr. Paul Duff, Store Manager, with regard to same. A copy of the correspondence from Mr. Duff is available by clicking HERE.
As you can see the Company have committed to carrying out a full audit with regard to this matter and will revert to your Union upon completion of same.
Mandate will keep you fully informed of any and all developments with regard to this matter.
