Further to the Marks & Spencer National Shop Stewards meeting which was held on Wednesday 21st April 2021, please be advised that a General Meeting of all Mandate Sales Assistants and Section Managers in your Store will take place as follows:

The purpose of the meeting is to explain the contents of the Voluntary Redundancy Proposals in advance of conducting a postal ballot on same. A copy of the proposal document is available by clicking here: . Furthermore hard copies of same are available from your Store Shop Steward.
As previously stated given the current COVID-19 restrictions in place it has been decided to conduct the balloting process through Postal Ballot. In order for each member to receive their Postal Ballot Paper it is essential that Mandate are in possession of your correct postal details. Please click here to Update Your Contact Details ASAP:
The ballot count will take place on Friday 14th May 2021.
