The parties met today regarding both Mandate and SIPTU’s pay and benefits claim for 2021.

The company requested that the Unions adjourn the pay negotiations to allow the parties address and discuss the details of a proposed Voluntary Redundancy Programme across 15 stores for approximately 241 FTE for the Section Managers and Sales Advisor population.

Applications from these stores for a Voluntary Redundancy Package will be based on a number of set criteria.

Both parties have agreed to resume discussions tomorrow Wednesday March 31st to further discuss these developments.
