Dear Member,
A WRC Hearing was held on Tues 3rd May 2022. The issues were:
1 The Pay “pauses” (9 months in total) i.e. each pay increase did not follow on directly from the end date of the previous one.
2 The introduction of Pay Scales for different grades in Mc Cauleys.
3 A review of the Sick Pay Scheme.
No progress was made and the Hearing was adjourned pending further local negotiations on all three issues.
The Reps who attended along with myself were Jennifer Mc Caffrey Tralee and Stephanie Hampshire Poppyfields Clonmel .
