Please be advised that we will be circulating our Pay and Benefits Survey on Monday 19th September 2022 amongst our entire Penneys membership. The Survey will be live for two weeks. The results of the Survey will inform a national meeting of Shop Stewards which will take place before we meet the Company regarding the outstanding claim.
The survey will also assist your negotiating team reps in formulating a claim based upon the key priorities identified from the survey, which will be served on the Company in October.
