Re: Result of Pay Proposal Ballot 2023

I wish to advise you all the ballot result on the Pay Proposals 2023 for Mandate Members within the SuperValu Kane & McCartney Group listed above.
The ballot result on the Pay Proposals of a 5.5% pay increase backdated from May 2023 and a 10% Staff Discount on all purchases (Subject to signing up to the Staff Real Rewards Scheme) has been unanimously ratified by the Membership.
This Agreement was achieved through the Collective Bargaining Process by your Mandate Trade Union Representatives and Management’s HR Representatives.
I shall confirm the ballot result to Management’s HR Representatives, requesting the terms of the New Pay Agreement May 2023 – Jan 2025 are applied to Mandate Members within the coming weeks.
These negotiations demonstrate how Trade Union Representation delivers for its members and one reason all workers should join Mandate Trade Union.
