Re: Correspondence to Frank Timmins, Head of Employee Relations

Please find attached copies of correspondence sent to Mr Frank Timmins in relation to some recent developments within the company:

• The first letter is available HERE and is in relation to the scheduling of Disciplinary or Grievance meetings
  
• The second letter is in relation to the company reducing workers to the bottom of their hourly bands almost immediately following on from the pay announcement, as good as cancelling it out in some cases. Please read HERE

• Despite Covid-19 cases currently rising again, and the Government advice is still to isolate when testing positive or displaying symptoms, the company have decided to remove the Covid sick pay from day 1 of isolation. Please read the following HERE
