As part of our commitment to keeping in touch more regularly, we have been updating you on your entitlements within Tesco, which have been hard campaigned for by you.
Last week our video learning update covered the topic of grievances, both individual and collective, what they are and how they should and can be processed. We hope that these updates can assist you in gaining knowledge and clarity about your own entitlements, thus giving you the confidence to address Management if the need arises in order to ensure that these agreements are implemented to the satisfaction of you and all our members.
