Please be advised that a National Shop Stewards Meeting took place today to consider the Company’s Restructuring Proposals. The decision by the Shop Stewards was to overwhelmingly recommend the Proposals for acceptance by the members.
As a result of that decision Mandate will now take the appropriate steps through its divisional staff to coordinate the balloting process and next steps for your store. Details of the proposals and the balloting process, which will be a postal ballot due to the pandemic, will be circulated to you in due course.
For this reason we would ask all members to update their current postal address, if necessary, with Mandate to ensure their participation in the national ballot. This can be done here https://mandate.ie/membership/update-details/
