RE: Proposed Company Management Structures Changes

Further to our most recent update of the 29th June 2022 with regard to the Proposed Company Management Structure changes please be advised that we have been in communication with the Company and are awaiting a response from Senior Management representatives confirming their availability to meet with your Union and the newly formed relevant Supervisor & Service Leader sub-groups.
As discussed on the Zoom calls held with impacted members last week if you are called to a meeting by local management to discuss these proposed changes we recommend that if you choose to attend these meetings that you bring your Store Shop Steward or a Mandate House Committee member with you, that you listen to what is being said and ask questions for clarification if required. We strongly recommend that you do not agree to anything and that you simply inform local management that you are awaiting an update from your union after talks with Senior Management have taken place.
It is imperative that we identify all members who may be impacted by these proposed changes so that we can keep them informed and up to date. Therefore, if you have not already done so, we are requesting that ALL SUPERVISORS, SERVICE LEADERS & PART TIME SERVICE LEADERS click here and complete a very short survey. If one of your colleagues from the potentially impacted grades have not received this message then please forward the text message with the link to this update to them and get them to complete their details.
